Mottau himself is better than meszaro and campoli ...
Stuart and coburn are pretty even
Franson will be beter than timonen

Are you serious, although i like him Mottau is barely an NHL player. He was NJD's 6th defenceman last season and hasnt even be signed yet. Meszaros is a 2nd pairing D on most teams and Campoli >> Mottau.
Coburn is far better than Stuart. Did you watch him in the playoffs?
There is little chance that Franson will be better than Timonen. And even if he does its not gonna be during his sophomore season.

Meszaro is not the 2nd pairing dman he USE to be.
and yeah i did watch the playoffs, Coburn was good, but if the playoffs define a players career then i guess that means Leighton is a true number 1 goalie, and Bygfulien is gonna score 50 goals in the regular season.. obviously not.
and NOT ALL PLAYERS HAVE A SOPHOMORE SLUMP

Yes I know Meszaros has slumped but still come one he's way better than Mottau and Brookbank
I never said that playoffs defines a players career. I'm just saying he showed how good of a player he is. He is way better than Stuart
Well it is very common. I i'll say it again there is no chance Franson produces as much as Timonen this year.

Franson had 21 points in 61 games with a +/- of 15, i hate bringing stats into this but its obvious Franson is on his way to be a top 4 d-man
Just because a player does good in the playoffs doesnt mean hes good, Maxim Talbot stepped up big time for Pittsburgh in 2009 but doesnt mean hes better than Ovie who has never had much sucuess in the playoffs.
Meszaro is better than brookbank, but not Mottau. Mottau maybe a 6th defensemen but he is underrated

ya, as the #1 senators fan and in watching mezaros when he was on ottawa, he was amazing and young, now watching him on TBay against the leafs, he is washed up, it was because he went from great team with no team, and him turning into trash

"Franson is on his way to being a top 4 d-man". Well he's not on his way to being a Timonen
Coburn didn't only play well in the playoffs, he was good all year long. It's like he pretty much came out of nowhere like Talbot's case. I'm saying he was good in the season and better in the playoffs.
Mottau is underrated, but just because he is doesn't mean he's as good as Meszaros

well i would say teh D paring are even, Mezaros and mattou are in the same old boat where they arent to to good, and timonen and franson are close, but timonen has one thing on franson, veteren presence,
