I think the league is doing great, we haven't had any trolls(knock on wood), it's running smoothly. The Admins know what they're doing, and we've got great GMs from Anaheim to Washington

I'll wait to vote until we get a few games simmed. That seems to be the most important part. If you wanted an evaluation of the game right now, I would say "good".
The admins need to communicate more before jumping to decisions/actions; they seem to not be on the same page a lot.
The waiver system needs to be fixed. First come first serve is not how that is suppose to work.
The GMs need to be made aware of the plans for the game. I'm not sure if anyone else was surprised to have a preseason game and "trade freeze" dropped on them yesterday?
Show us how you plan to run the games. As three people involved with running games have teams, it wouldn't be fair to keep that aspect away from other GMs.

Sorry this league isnt perfect Coyotes, but here are some answers for you...
The other 2 admins (Leafs and Stars) arent on that much, stars is at hockey school and im not sure about the leafs, so it shard to communicate to them,
The waiver system is fine for now, but the admins willl vote on a new system or not
The plans for the game is like any other game, you act like a GM, you have games simmed and thats about it, and for simming, i am using NHL 09 until my NHL 10 gets back to me, and i couldnt find anyone to use EHM
And people were complaining because they wanted simming to start right away, so simming has now begin, and if you dont like the trade freeze, than thats your problem

Don't get so defensive! I'm just offering my opinion and not trying to make anyone look bad or get upset over my comments.
I was referring to you and Bruins. Is he not an admin? My mistake, but he seems to at least project that about himself.
The waiver system is far from fine. It should definitely be voted on.
How can you use NHL09 when some of the players on our rosters are either rookies to the 2010-11 season or were rookies to the 2009-10 season?
I don't mind the trade freeze, I just wish I had notice.

Creating all of those rookies is a lot of work. Good luck. Thanks for taking the time to do this. I'm not sure who else does, but I definitely appreciate this as it's a good practice before I jump into the fantasy hockey season.

Before I had Xbox Live, i would take a whole day and manually update rosters/create rookies a couple days before the actual NHL season started because I always wanted to play with up-to-date teams.
We hockey people are crazy.

Underline: Most of the simming and planning is done by sens, even i was surprised by that. I agree that the admins need to be on the same page before doing ANYTHING, and making sure that memebers are aware ahead of time when freezes take into effect. This league is still pretty new so we gotta tweak some things out thanks for putting up with us
